I got this error

on page mysite.com/relation/1

I searched on code and found that $endpoints was not initialized on the function relation_endpoint_field_formatter_view

You need to change the corresponding lines of PHP that are referenced in the link he gave you. It tells you what file and what line to change. - prefix means delete that line, + means add that line in.
