I have just tried updating from version 7.x-1.6 to 7.x-1.7 and after the upgrade can no longer view/edit/delete any registrations except my own registrations. This is also the case for the user 1 admin account.
I am running core version 7.63 and only see an access denied message when trying to view the /registration/xx page. I have tried installing access denied backtrace, however that just provides a blank message.
To recreate:
Update to 7.x-1.7
Create an event
Register with another account
With the admin account go the events registration settings page /node/xx/registrations and click the view link on the registered user.
