Manage Registration URL Aliases

I'm allowing users to manage registrations on their nodes, but the registrations show up as node/## and I can't fathom how to govern that with URL Aliases as there's no pattern field.

Should I post to the URL Aliases board for a solution in adding a custom field or is there another method I could use to govern the aliases produced hereby?
