Port Reference Field Option Limit to Drupal 8

The first thing will be figuring out the hooks. hook_field_attach_form() has gone and the replacement I can find is https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/core!modules!system!entity.api.php/fun..., but that doesn't seem to have a parameter for changing the form... requires further investigation.

Well it's really only going to get ported to D8 if people who need it work on it. Is there any way you could do that as part of the development work for your site?

Have you found any solution for this? I think this might be possible using the Entity Reference Views.

Hi, I think this module is exactly what I need but I need to port it to drupal 8. I am happy to help with the porting but my experience is limited in this area. Would anyone be able to assist me? Also, I would consider paying someone to convert it if that was an option as it would save my time!

Porting this module is no longer necessary as this functionality is provided by Business Rules' Dependent Fields.
