localize is more of a tool for translation. The blog there is certainly relevant content, but I'm not sure how else to handle it. I'll ping Gábor.

I'd leave infrastructure and security totally out for the foreseeable future.

Well, we have mostly multilingual content. Not sure how that is going to be handled. The news posts (news content type) and the English pages can be indexed safely. Would in fact be good to include in the larger d.o index, so people find out about the site when they search for localization.
