I can't upgrade to the 3.x version of Recurly Module on our site because it doesn't support Paypal yet. We're currently using 1.x version since more than 30% of our members sign up using Paypal. Will the 3.x version be getting patched to support Paypal before the EOL of the Recurly API that the 1.x version uses?

@Kcannick I would be happy to review patches that add PayPal support. Closing this as a duplicate for #2096185: [D7] Add RecurlyJS PayPal support which has a great deal of history in it.
