Problem/Motivation

Installing the module with a installation profile and exported config causing installation error with erro like
AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/sadashiv/public_html/d9_install/web/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Cache/MemoryBackend.php on line 109', referer: http://localhost/~sadashiv/d9_install/web/core/install.php?rewrite=ok&langcode=en&profile=my_custom&id=1&op=start

Steps to reproduce

composer install the module in drupal 9
Create a custom profile
In the .info.yml of the profile enable the recaptcha module by default
Create few config files like captcha points which uses recaptcha
Install drupal installation profile

Proposed resolution

Change the default requirement dependency to drupal:captcha instead of captcha:captcha

@sadashiv:
I think `captcha:captcha` is already correct. No need to change it to `drupal:captcha` as `captcha` module isn't part of core.

...Dependencies on Drupal core or contrib modules should be namespaced in the format {project}:{module}, where {project} is the project name as it appears in the Drupal.org URL (e.g. drupal.org/project/views) and {module} is the module's machine name. ...
