Hi. Thanks for this great module!

The casetracker module has a token [case_assign_to] which is a username. Please I need some guidance on how to transform it into a realname without hacking the code.

I already have a profile field which stores full name. So I have been able to do the other names by linking to this field.

Please can anyone help out here? Thanks.

Ok. Figured it out - replace it with: theme('username', $account, array('plain' => TRUE))

Does anyone know where this change is made? We're having the same issue with realName.
