Realname stopped working?

still having this issue. any help please :)

I'm using content profile module, I notice on the "fields" selection it does not allow for the selection of "Full Name" as an option to use as the realname, there is only "about me" "email" "homepage url" Even though user may have entered a Full name into that field, realname still uses the standard "username" I've been over all the settings, and I'm baffled.

I have "add node title to available fields" checked, I have also selected "node title" as the field to use for the source of realname, rebuilt names, still doesnt work.
