How to associate Rate module with User Points?

When I click + or - button nothing happens to author's userpoints. (It's the main issue.)

Yes, it has! Thank you very much for this module! It's just that I need.
I have almost understood how to configure Rules... And it partly works. But I faced some new problems.

1) I don't know how to actualize revotings. When I revote with a Rate widget, an author of a messege receives not -2 or +2 points but -1 (or +1), what is wrong. I, of course, understand why it happens but I don't know how to fix it.

2) It is possible to press the same widget button infinitely. So event works each time it happens... Messege rating doesn't raise but any user can give positive or negative points to author as much as he want's.

Oh... The bug has been fixed. There is such a good event named "User deletes a vote"... ;)
