Is there any way to Rate the user?

usercase:
one the user's profile page > other user can rate user as "bad boy" or "good boy", etc..

I dont think so it is outofthebox (users not being nodes) but rather sure it is easy to implement. we will look in to this.

The plan is to build widgets as fields in D7, and maybe even for D6. This will fix this issue for D7 since we can add fields to users.

I don't know yet if I will ever implement this for D6. In the meantime you may add user rating by using the content profile module and add a rate widget to the profile node.

What about using Fivestar or Voting API combined with the Profile module (this provides a node for profile) to rate (vote) the profile and then the user?

Any update on this? I assume the whole building widgets as fields idea has passed by.

It's not passed by, but postponed to the 2.x branch, which is far from finished...
