Ability to set min, max, step, size HTML attributes of the default input from views filter settings

Problem/Motivation

Currently setting limits and step of an exposed Range filter requires writing code. But it looks like a useful feature to have in Views UI.

Steps to reproduce

Expose a view filter for a range field.

Proposed resolution

Not immediately sure how it would've been implemented, but I see it as inputs on the exposed filter settings screen.
