Panels woun'the work with higher jquery versions. Instead they pit out their code to the browser.

wouldn't it be the easiest way to male sure that status messages and the mobile menu will work with the lowest jquery version posible

dual 7's core version 1.4 for example. If anyone could patch this it'll make things a lot easier when it comes to use radix with panels in d7.

By now Radix works with v 1.9. Panels put out it's code to the browser. By using lower versions of jquery panels it's doing it'a job but radix status messages and mobile menu button don't.
