Creation of quotes_authors table fails

Unique keys for text fields need a fixed length. Otherwise you get an error when creating quotes_authors:

query: CREATE TABLE quotes_authors (
`aid` INT unsigned NOT NULL auto_increment,
`name` TEXT NOT NULL,
`bio` TEXT DEFAULT NULL,
PRIMARY KEY (aid),
UNIQUE KEY name (name)
)

A possible fix is to specify a fixed key length in the schema as follows:

'unique keys' => array('name' => array(array('name', 255))),
