I think this will get rid of the "Make the comment subject field a required field" issue, wouldn't it?

Now when we quote a comment, in the new comment field, we have:

[quoted comment]
cursor, ready to type

and I'm proposing reversing that. Is that something you're able to do?

The point of quoting is to comment on the quote. So you quote first and then, comment below it ... So unless I've misunderstood your post, bottom-posting is the right way to go.

for example i have 10 comments in a thread
i quoted #5 comment and it shows under #5 comment...

i want my quote to be posted in the last posted comment
please anyone ? its so hard to find new post when its like that
most especially when you have more than a hundres comments
in a thread... thanks in advance.
