If I copy&paste a text inside the quote tags it will be copied with its style attributes.
As quote uses its own background color it should overwrite/eliminate the bc from the copied text otherwise the quote´s bc is not big enough to cover the whole quote.

This is also a big problem if I want to do a multi quote and therefore copy&paste the quote tags to split a big text in several quotes.
Every quote tag is pasted with its backgroundcolor and so the quote will not work.

Very annoying.

If you're adding HTML tags within quote tags and you don't want the HTML, then use/tune a filter to remove them. I don't see how this pertains to this module; marking as "won't fix".
