Adding an HTML tab make it default on page

I create programmatically Quicktabs on page and i have different types of quicktabs (view, block and other).
If i add to them another tab with HTML text, it start to be the default tab on page, whatever you want.
At any position and with any weight settings.

		$out .= drupal_render(quicktabs_build_quicktabs('cfp', $settings, $custom_tabs));	

Does anybody know, how to solve it?
