I'm using Quicktabs programatically via page_alter.
I have a Google Map (using Google Map Field). If I position the map on the 1st (default, leftmost) tab then it displays perfectly. If I move it to the 2nd tab (or any higher, rightwards tab), then on selecting the tab I see the map surround, controls and grey background but only the 1st (top left) tile is rendered.
Found a similar error (http://drupal.org/node/1277888, project = Tabs (jQuery UI tabs)) but that dealt with vertical tabs and collabsible field groups which are not an issue here but may be related.

adamf321 commentedDid you find a solution? I have a similar problem with fullcalendar - it displays fine if it's on the default tab, but on any other tab it only displays the controls and not the calendar...
Thanks

natureofdorset commentedI am having problems with gmaps too. There is a grey area the size the map should be but the map itself is a quarter of the intended size in the top left quarter of the grey area. Going to have stop using this module, the map is essential to my site.

Infoloko commentedno solution yet .. other than to leave it on the first tab and do other work! I think this is to do with the page it's on not being visible .. but I've not got back to the problem yet!
Infoloko commentedthat's exactly the problem - I believe the left-most quadrant is infilled because that part of the page is visible .. no solution as yet

chrisjlee commentedAnyone try wrapping your google map embed code around another extra div? ( i haven't tried this myself; just a suggestion).
Infoloko commentednot sure quite what you mean (or rather what you're trying to achieve) by "wrap the google embed code around another div" - I'm not using embed code directly (have done so before outside drupal) in this case I'm using a google map field (http://drupal.org/project/google_map_field)

smustgrave commentedWith D7 EOL approaching in a month I'm starting to triage the D7 side of quicktabs queue. This doesn't appear to have any code so believe this may not make it, sorry! Thanks though!
If still an issue or needed for 4.0.x (latest branch) feel free to reopen
