Update.php fails when updating 7.x-2.x to 7.x-3.3

Updating from 7.x-2.x (release unknown, but $Id version is 1.3.8.2 2010/02/11 i.e. OLD) to 7.x-3.3 throws out a couple of fails in update.php. The first is because the renderer column wasn't added before moving the old data, and styles shouldn't be empty (although the schema says they can be). Anyway, I fixed both of these. I moved the create renderer column to the start of the update and removed the unset on styles. Patch attached.
