BrockBoland commentedThat path (admin/config/content/quickpost_bookmarklet) should be accessible as long as you have the "Administer content" permission. If you do have that permission already, try clearing the cache just to be on the safe side.

sher1 commentedI have the "Administer content" permission but still can't see the config page. I have cleared the cache also. I have also upgraded to Drupal 7.28.
However, I just tested something. The user1 user can see it and get to it but no one else can. I just tested it on a new test site and it works the same way. I have no idea why/how it is working that way since the permission in the module is set to "Administer content". Could you try it out and see if you get something similar on a test site?

BrockBoland commentedWell THIS is embarrassing.
I messed up the permissions check: it's "administer nodes", not "administer content." I'll fix that right now.
