I could have swore this was working, but I even installed the stock module from both the dec 10 release and the CVS and they all seem to have the same problem. All of the form items that aren't on the visible tab are being cleared on submit. They're supposed to show up as hidden tabs and from what I can tell, the hidden tabs aren't being added to the html output.

If I have the taxonomy selector on the std tab and the 'allow comments' form item on the advanced tab:
I edit the node and select the taxonomy and click submit. Then I edit the item again and I go into the advanced tab and set a value for 'allow comments', the taxonomy category is cleared and visa versa.

Anyone else seeing this?

Is javascript disabled in your web browser?

It has to use javascript to submit the form when you click on a tab, if javascript is disabled none of the settings will follow you between tabs.
