Two menu items should be able to share the same URL path

Bug report: If more then one parent menu item share the same drupal path, all menus starting from the 2nd parent menu which share the same path becomes un-clickable, and no-sub-menus can be displayed.

My only remedy was to ensure each parent menu item is having a unique drupal path.
