Inheritance of the moderation status as well as the default status [#3372014]

With the "content moderation" module, the newly created clones doesn't have a default moderation state, instead they has just "default" publishing status (in case if "Clone publication status of original?" is disabled).

For support content moderation, we need also set the default moderation state.
