Clone operation url should contain language

Problem/Motivation

In a multilanguage site, the operation 'Clone' should include the entity language.

Steps to reproduce

Go to Content overview page. Click on the dropdown of a translated node and the Clone operation links to the wrong language.

Proposed resolution

Add the language information of the entity when its building the operation Url.
