Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce

  • Create and save a node (or use an existing node).
  • Click the CLONE tab.
  • Click the PREVIEW button
  • Instead of going into preview mode the following error is displayed: "1 error has been found: Moderation state"

Can someone verify if they are able to preview from a cloned node (before saving it)? I'd like to know if this issue is universal or somehow related to my setup.

Tried to reproduce the issue on local, but not get any issue in Quick Node Clone 8.x-1.15 also.

Issue Reproduce

  • Setup Drupal with Quick Node Clone 8.x-1.15
  • Enabled Content Moderation and Go to Administration > Configuration > Workflow > Workflows > Edit Editorial Workflow And Select Content types in workflow applies to:
  • Enabled all error messages Administration > Configuration > Development > Logging and errors
  • Go to Administration > Content > Development > Edit Existing Node > Click on clone (Tab) > Click on Preview
