So I am trying to figure out exacrlt how to use this. I tried creating a new Qform from create content menu, but this requires me to link it with a file, and the dropdown menu is empty. Did I miss a step? It would be really helpful to have a step by step instruction guide because I think this module could be really useful to lots of people.

The module has languished for some time, but I have to use it for a new project right now, so I'll be back in active 'fix' mode.

I should have the majority of issues in this queue solved over the next few days.
