I'm not sure if this is intended, but just in case, I'm posting this here. I want to enable contact forms for all users, but also let them disable them if they wish. For some reason, I'm not seeing this option anywhere in the new settings area, though.

Is this a bug, or is it meant to be so?

i also want to be able to include that as well as the "Email settings" , how can I do this?
