Is there an upgrade to 5.X in the works for the publishing module? Just set this version up on a demo site and it works well, thanks for the contribution to the community!

Add me to the list of those wanting a 5.X upgrade.

Now that the Workflow module is 5.X (and which Publishing is dependent on), it would be great if someone can post a few pointers on how to modify the Publishing module to 5.X.

Workflow was the big holdup. Now that workflow is ported, the next big holdup has been...my time. =)

Is this project considered as dead ? It was over one year ago merlinofchaos replied and that was for the old version 5.x release, and now 6.3 is out.

This is a good module, I hope there are plans to make it available for 5 and 6

This version of Publishing is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
