Problem/Motivation

When a commit is pushed to an issue MR branch a comment with the current datetime is automatically added to the issue thread. However this does not cause the issue to move to the top of the view of issues in the user dashboard or the issue list page. Now that we can push to the MR branch the commit message may be enough to tell followers what was done and the person doing the push may not feel it is necessary to add another manual comment. This can lead to people missing the fact that activity has happened in the issue.

I have not looked at the code/view which extracts the issues and sorts them. If you think this is a good feature to have, I can start to search where to alter it (or you can give me a hint as a starter)
