Field Permissions

Similar functionality has already been acheived by several other modules, but I think it would be nice to have everything under one, neatly maintained module.

It would be great to have an ultra-simple option to allow/disallow editting of a certain field after it has been filled out.

Other modules only allow editting at registration, so if I add a new field which I want to be unedditable, I would either have to disallow edits, which existing users would never be able to input anything, or allow edits, which users could change at their leisure.

A simple Yes/No option would be great for each field, which dictates whether the field is changable once it has been filled in, regardless of whether that is upon registration or profile editting.
