I recently installed this and followed all the directions, but when I choose Canada, it doesn't give the option to enter a postal code. Works fine for United States. Not sure what could be the problem.

Needless to say the functionality (or there lack of) you describe is essential to the module's core operation, but I'll need a little more to go on than just "it doesn't work."
