I have a scenario where a user can register as one profile / role which is OK as you would direct them to individual page for the profile using this module.

But Once a user is registered and then they decide they also want another profile how do they get this.

The user would need to complete the fields required by that profile first so may be there should be registration page for existing users so they can apply and get additional profiles / roles.

I know through rules you can add a role to a user but I also need the user to complete the required fields first so you cannot just get a role added to your account.

How can this be achieved?

Its basically a permissions issue, if you give a role permission to view and edit their own profile of the other type you want them to have then they will be able to view and edit that profile type.

Closing. This is not a P2RP issue, but a profile 2 issue. Also, it seems that it can be addressed via changing permissions configuration.
