Image field not printed

Hello guys,
i have to print a content which contains images and text, but images didn't get printed ...i did a dpr of the output and i discovered that the image field html is not present on it. This happens on both pdf and html prints and, of course, the image field is not hidden on manage display.

I used print view mode.

There's a way to solve this problem ?
