Installation issue [Fixed, please ignore]

I'm having a problem installing this module. I've installed it on many sites but I'm having a problem with this particular one.

On installation of the module, I get a white page with a dialog box 'this website has encountered an error'. I cannot navigate to other pages, and if I do, that same error comes up.

Once I remove the 'print' folder from the modules folder, I seem to be able to empty the cache and when this occurs, I can get the site running again, but not before I get a new message that says 'No active batch'.

But no print module.

Any ideas? Thanks for your help
