Display a poorman's devel in debug mode to aid in discovering the necessary URL

Problem/Motivation

There are constant requests and questions how to figure out the url structure to populate a form. Figure out if there is an easy way to setup a debug mode that would display all FAPI structures. Maybe by adding a sub-module that depends on devel itself and prints out the form structure in kint or something.
