Premium Content Permissions Not Saving

Hi,

I have used this module on several sites without a problem. However, recently, a few sites started to get permission issues.

When I check the site permissions, none of the "access" permissions for the various premium content levels are checked. When I check them and then save, the are then unchecked.

The permissions for the administration of the module work fine, but the access ones do not. I have checked the logs without finding any issues with the module on the site or server and I am stumped. All other module permissions seem to work fine, except the access to the various premium levels.

Has any come across this or give me some insight of what I should do? I have tried un-installing and re-installing the module, rebuilding permissions, etc.
