Change storm/tasks page to be made by views

After having looked at this, I think it would be really good if someone who has worked on this or knows how this works makes a few comments before I start ripping out the old d6 stuff.

Specifically, javascript-related bits like this:

}

If someone can give some insights and guidelines on how it was in d6 and what we want in d7, I can then fix it up according to what we want it to do in d7.
