Release notes

Adds an optional, localized, keyboard-accessible EU Cookie Compliance settings link to PixieFlow and PixieCore footers. The control is disabled by default and opens the existing consent-withdrawal interface without changing consent storage or tracking behavior. This release also standardizes cookie-consent styling across Pixie Dark variants and corrects Article metadata on Pixie Works Cookies Policy pages. Compatible with Drupal 10.6+ and 11.4+.
