After installation, if using a pre-defined database prefix for your install, attempting to add a pivot will result in the following error;

user warning: Table 'dbname.pivots' doesn't exist query: SELECT pid, name FROM pivots WHERE alg_name<>'double' AND enabled=1 in /path to folder/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 174.

The tables are created with the prefix.

Yes. This is a bug. I'm not sure when I can fix it, because priority now goes to porting to D6. In the D6 version, the bug should be fixed.
