While using the i18n module, external links in menu or secondary links get "translated" - changing a simple link like http://el.is into http://elfur.is/is/http://el.is, which then returns a page not found.

This was filled under i18n, but has nothing to with it. However my external URL patch solves this problem, too.

It has everything with i18 module, because when i turn it off that's just what happens!
