I posted this message in a forum but on second thought, I believe that it is a issue and should be posted here. If I'm wrong (not a rare event) please accept my apologies.

My ISP updated to PHP 5.3 and Hell broke loose. Of the many error messages I'm getting this is the most puzzling. I disabled the text module and the message persisted. I disabled CCK completely and the message pesists! The only way to get rid of the warning is by deleting the CCK directory. Of course this is not a permanent choice. I searched for this specific error and found no references so I decided to post it here with the hope that someone has a solution. Possibly the forum is not the right one but I could not find one that fitted the bill.

I tried to use a recommendation found in various postings with similar errors (replacing &$ with $) but did not work. Customers are edgy with the error and I would like to fix it versus cover-it-up. Any suggestions will be appreciated. A resolution would be wonderful (Going back to PHP 5.2 is not a choice for me)
