Hi, I'm new to drupal and as I installed the Dev desktop latest version, right before it finished I got an error.

PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\Program Files\acquia-drupal\php5_4\ext\php_pdo_sqlsrv_54_ts.dll" - The specified module could not be found.

How do I fix this? everytime I login to the control panel, I get 4 errors of the same type.
