PHP 1.2 gives security message?

Hi,
Somehow PHP 1.2 module gives a security update message, while php 1.2 is the latest update of the module, right?
See attached the message in image.
Thanks for looking into it. It is latest drupal 10 release of site and all modules are up to date.
What is the message for, and what can I do?
