Problem/Motivation

The Administration Extend Update of 'PHP (Security update) 8.x-1.1' when updated through either composer or UI does not remove the PHP update from the listing.

Steps to reproduce

Tried to install the module by composer, which reported to work. The Admin UI update remained.
Tried to download, unpack and install, again the admin UI remains.

I am unsure of whether the php is working properly because i have recently noticed problems switching from one type like 'fullhtml' to 'php filter'.

I have checked the code in the module / php folder to ensure i am using the correct version and it is confirmed to be 8.x-1.1.

I'm running the dev version which is newer than the 8.x-1.1 and it's not complaining in the updates section. Everything seems to be running ok.

However, it is red in the "Available updates". That's a separate issue that needs to be addressed before everyone goes to D10.
