See most current webform submission count

Hello, thanks, btw.

I feel I'm missing something huge here, but if not logged in, if I add a webform submission, the progress bar doesn't show the added submission. So, if eg there were 5 submissions and I add a new one, the progress bar would still say "hooray, already 5 submissions".
It does if I'm logged in, but not if I'm not.
So... most humbly, what am I doing wrong?
