It would be nice to be able to add fields to the pet bundle using the nice fields UI. Some use cases for user-added fields:

  • A notes or similar fields.
  • Computed or other generated types of fields (e.g. View field) for (increased) flexibility in inserting dynamic values.
  • A Date field as part of a (custom) scheduling system.

I'll attach a patch.

Can you please clarify at what time you want to store value to additional field? Is it per template or for each time an email is send using PET?

Make sense.
Based on requirement, admin should able to add extra fields using manage fields tab to existing entity.

eg for such field could be: tag

we have added the patch . we are able to see manage fields, and added an entity reference field. But the pet id not getting saved in to the entity reference table in database.
