With persistent login enabled, attempting to submit a form frequently results in the error, "This form is outdated. Reload the page and try again". The page must be reloaded, losing any information entered, to successfully submit the form. This has become problematic for a forum site, where members do a large amount of node and comment authoring.

It is difficult to address this issue without clearer steps to reproduce.

- What other modules are enabled on the site that affect user authentication or the forms that are being submitted?
- Are there any entries in the persistent login token log for the affected users when the problems occur?
