Comment titles include a link to the comment, but these do not work with pagination. I suggest, therefore, that we change comment title links to use permalinks.

Tested this patch. Works fine on my test site so far. I'm using it w/Advanced Forum 2 Alpha 3, but I'm pretty sure that wouldn't make a difference.

I like this idea, but I think we need to offer this as an configurable option. Overriding the link in all cases is not necessarily desirable behavior.
