The file permalink_handler_field_comment.inc referenced in permalink.views.inc is not shipped with the module, this causes the addition of the comment title field to break in views (views2 or views3).

Actually it looks like the views integration came from #886886: Views integration for comment permalinks and the field handler was just left out by accident. Liam's handler is better than my own so let's go with that.
