Multi-tenancy is fully implemented (tenant entities and admin UI, per-tenant Master KEK, immutable consumer-to-tenant binding, shared vs tenant-scoped item kinds, per-tenant Master KEK rotation, pluggable tenant resolution) but it is undocumented: the only mention is in the roadmap, where it is still listed as a future enhancement and wrongly claims a domain-based connector is provided.

This issue adds:

  • A new Multi-tenancy guide page: concept and isolation model, managing tenants, per-tenant Master KEK, consumer binding, shared vs scoped kinds, per-tenant rotation, and a developer note on custom tenant resolvers.
  • Roadmap fix: multi-tenancy moved from planned to in-place; the remaining planned item narrowed to the still-pending domain-based tenant connector (only ConsumerTenantResolver ships).
  • Installation fix: Master KEK rotation documented as per tenant (UI action plus the drush per-tenant argument).
  • Tenant-scope notes in the Item kinds, Client-server configuration, and cross-site API design pages.
